Our annual fundraising Rummage Sale will be Friday-Saturday, April 20-21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.
Our Sanctuary Set Up (the Sanctuary is emptied out and sales tables set up then start organizing the sale items) and Donation Collection day is Sunday, April 15 right after service (lunch provided; let Leslie Morton know if you need childcare).
What is the Rummage Sale anyway? It’s our second largest fundraiser for the church (between $5-7,000). We, the members, bring in clothes, books, toys, household and yard items, craft supplies, sports equipment and some furniture April 15-18, we organize and price it then invite our church community and the public to come in and shop. The leftovers are donated.
Please start collecting your donations to bring in on April 15 (let Leslie know if you have any questions about your donation items). Remember that we have a “Boutique” at the sale for nicer items. Remember, no $ if no rummage!
As always we will need lots and lots of volunteers to pull this off (during the week for set up, organizing and pricing), during the sale (sales, organizing) and immediately after the sale for clean up (the church needs to be ready for Sunday service as if nothing happened!). Trust me when I say there is a volunteer spot for everyone!
This is always a lot of work, but a lot of fun so join in and help the church.
