The Rummage Sale is the second-largest fund raiser at WUUC and we need your help to pull it off.

The sale is April 19-20. We start with Sanctuary Set up and Donation day Sunday, April 14 (everything is taken out of the sanctuary, tables are set up to hold the sale items and donations are collected and sorting begins).  Monday-Thursday, April 15-18, we sort and price all the items then the sale is that weekend.

So start going through your house to see what you have to donate:  clothes, linens, toys, books, gardening, crafts, holiday, sporting goods, etc.  We take almost everything. Then start looking at your calendar and marking off time to help. We need a lot of help that week organizing and pricing.

Don’t be intimidated if you haven’t helped before, we will train you in pricing and organizing (it’s fun and a great way to get to know people!).  We then need folks to help the afternoon after the sale to clean up and set up the sanctuary so church can proceed on Sunday without any signs of the sale.
