We’re excited that the UU Ministry for Earth (UUMFE) will visit WUUC on June 16 from 3-7 p.m.

We’ll start at 3 p.m. with an eco-art making project for the Procession of the Species at General Assembly. Then at 4:30 p.m. we’ll get to hear from Levi Draheim, an 11-year-old UU who’s the youngest plaintiff in the Juliana vs US federal youth climate lawsuit; Aly Tharp, the program director of UUMFE; and Leonard Higgins, a UU from Oregon who’s one of the valve turners who shut down the Spectra Express pipeline in Montana.

At 6 p.m. we’ll enjoy a vegetarian and vegan potluck. Please see this flyer for more information and contact Wendy Condrat at wcondrat@wuuc.org to help with the event or if you have questions.
