With pre- and post- programs on the 11th and 13th
Register today to connect for issues that matter to you.
This has been a year of many challenges, both to our nation and to UUism. Let’s come together bringing our unique perspectives and justice passions to lay a more holistic and equitable foundation from which to address these challenges.
This year’s summit theme is Navigating Intersectionality. Together, we’ll explore the many faces of intersectionality and how we can build on our understanding to make our justice work more powerful and inclusive. We’ll gather for working sessions designed to encourage collaboration across justice areas and across cultures. We’ll spotlight worthy congregation-based intersectional justice programs that are finding success.
A unique aspect of this summit will be the intersectional breakout sessions. Strategize with groups whose interests mesh with your own in ways you might not expect.
Come to the Justice Fair during the breakfast hour on Saturday. Grab a cup of coffee and something to eat, and then join colleagues to discuss how congregational justice teams can gear up for increased effectiveness during this time.
Don’t wait. Register now to launch a year in which each of us can do more, more effectively because we spent a day learning new skills, considering current challenges, and inspiring and being inspired by others.
Looking forward to seeing you the second weekend in October!
