Circle Supper [os]
May 12 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Suzanne Dunn Plaza will host the May Circle Supper at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 12 at her home in Monroe. She can accommodate 10 people and recommends carpooling because of a steep drive and limited parking. She has cats.
Typically held on the second Saturday of each month, Circle Suppers are great opportunities to get to know each other. The host prepares the entrée, with guests signing up to bring the rest of the meal: appetizers, salad, vegetables and dessert. A dinner theme such as Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Mediterranean or a holiday theme works well. Wine with dinner is optional.
The host determines the number of guests, whether dinner will be the traditional 18 years and older or an “all-family” event with children included. We request that the host reserve two places at their table so they can invite those new to WUUC.
If family members have food allergies or any pets in the home, it will be included in the announcement.
During dessert, they may choose to introduce a topic to stimulate conversation.
