Zen meditation and discussion: Drop-in, Tuesdays 10 AM – Noon (Sanctuary). The first hour offers silent meditation (instruction available), a short period of walking meditation, and an introduction to Zen ritual including sutra chanting and bowing (gratitude) practice.
