Zen meditation and study: Drop-in, Tuesdays 10 AM – Noon (Sanctuary). A weekly opportunity to be with yourself in the supportive presence of others. The first half focuses on silent seated and walking meditation (instruction available). The second half includes tea, chocolate, and discussion around core teachings of Buddhism from a Zen perspective.
