Starting in January, the VAM will feature ink and colored pencil drawings by local Kirkland artist, Sheila Ralston in our foyer gallery.  Sheila has been drawing for 30 years and has focused on landscapes, still life, botanicals and people.  She strives for dramatic effects that enhance the subject matter.  Sheila’s recent gallery shows include EastShore Gallery in Bellevue and Kirkland Arts Center Store in Kirkland.  Make sure you stop by the foyer gallery and check out her fantastic pieces that will be installed until the end of March.
