To view or share church documents with others…
We use a google secure site, which is basically a protected file directory. You need a user name and password to log in. It makes it much simpler to navigation the directory and share with others if you use the WUUC email address given to you when you join (email@example.com). This address is secure and only used for church communications. For help logging in, contact the Communications Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org or view help files for working with documents and more (login required).
Each Committee or Program has its own secure site folder available from the Committee Documents link on the home page. The lead for each area is responsible for keeping the documents clearly labeled and organized within their folder, and protecting access to sensitive information. When working with documents, it’s best to always add or create a new document within the folder for your group (not outside of folder). Right click on a document to adjust permissions or share it. A copy of the Church Directory can also be found at the bottom of the home page.

Our Realm database is used to securely store member profile and pledge information. You can use it to indicate to leaders your interest in different groups. It is also used by Committee and Program leaders to track attendance and engagement, which help provide valuable statistics on how the church is operating. When you join, the membership committee gives you log-in information for Realm. You can still pledge via paper of online form if you prefer.
