Aging is unknown territory.  We are what is called ‘elderly’.  We wake up in the morning grateful that we are still breathing.  You will hear about the negatives (briefly) and the positives (at length).  I will share our fears and our joys along with what we would like from you to help us as we try to age gracefully and comfortably.
