The WUUC Annual Rummage Sale is coming April 11 and 12!!
The Rummage Sale is our second largest fund raiser for WUUC. Members bring clothes, linens, toys, books, craft and household items, lawn/garden items, sports equipment, pet supplies, bikes-almost anything but furniture (we will also have a Boutique section for nicer items).
It’s a win, win, win sale:
– The annual Rummage Sale is a fundraiser for our community, usually bringing in around $6000!
– It’s a chance for all of us to clean out unneeded stuff.
– It’s an opportunity for the community to visit our church and buy much needed well prices items.
Dates:
Donation collection/set up: Sunday, April 6 – Thursday, April 11.
Sale: Friday, April 11 – Saturday, April 12.
How you can help:
1. Collection your donations now for drop off Sunday, April 6 after service and/or that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday leading up to the sale. What to donate? Clothes, linens, toys, books, craft items, holiday items, household, lawn/garden, office, bikes, art, etc. We also have a Boutique area where we focus on nicer items.
Please: no car seats, furniture, torn clothes/linens.
2. Check your schedule and plan your volunteer time.

We need help Sunday, April 6 to clear out the Sanctuary, receive donations and set up tables for the sale. We need help Monday-Thursday to organize the sale items and price items (super easy and we’ll teach you how!!!).
Friday/Saturday April 11-12 help at the sale.
Saturday, April 12: clean up after the sale, set up Sanctuary for service on Sunday and deliver leftover items to Value Village.
