It’s that time to start preparing for our monthly meal at Camp Unity Eastside.  This month we’ll be making Hoppin’ John.  You can choose to make the recipe as a vegetarian or non-vegetarian dish (recipe suggestion on the google spreadsheet, but feel free to get creative!).

The meal will take place on Tuesday, April 11th at 6pm.  Please arrive to Lovett Hall at St. Jude’s Parish in Redmond by 5:30pm to drop off items and help setup (if able).

As always, contact me to arrange a dropoff at my house beforehand if you are unable to meet at the church.
