Sign up now for Circle Supper to be hosted by Jan Radoslovich on Saturday, March 15.

Circle Supper’s are potlucks held at a different community member’s house each month. Find the link to the signup sheet sent via the announce email list or email tevina.flood@gmail.com Anyone who wants to attend can put their name down along with their dietary preferences and what they are bringing.

If you’ve never been to a Circle Supper before and want to know more details before signing up, please keep reading…

At each circle supper the host(s) sets the maximum size of the gathering and any optional specifics such as discussion topics or menu themes. The default is for attendees to be 18 and older, though hosts may choose to have child-friendly events. The date is usually the second Saturday of the month at 6 p.m.

The sign-up sheet is sent out by Tevina Flood to announce list typically 3 weeks prior to event. It’s a potluck style meal, so all attendees should do their best to contribute to the event in some way (food, beverages, etc…), although inability to contribute should not prevent you from signing up to attend. While we call it a Supper, which sounds formal, they are relaxed events. As long as you’re wearing clothes, no one’s going to care what they look like. This is not a chance to test if you know which fork to use first; this is a chance to get to know each other. The host most often signs up to contribute an entree / main meal to the dinner. You do not need to try to match your contribution with the host’s; just because the host is leading with enchiladas doesn’t mean everyone else needs to follow suit with Latinx food. If you have any questions reach out to Tevina Flood.

Circle Suppers occur monthly on the second or third Saturday of the month. On average, there are 10-14 attendees (including the host(s)). Unless specifically stated otherwise or you coordinate directly with the host, they do not include children. Many hosts do not have child safe / friendly homes.
