This is a companion piece to my last sermon with you, which was about personal transformation through having the courage to be vulnerable with others. The focus for this sermon is about how to respond when we are with another person who has taken the step to be authentic and speak from within. How do we hold this sacred space? How can we be conduits for healing and grace?

Speaker Bio: Rev. April Frazier is an Affiliated Community Minister with Shoreline UUC. She is a Board Certified Chaplain and has spent the last decade working in home hospice. She received her M.Div. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Originally from South Dakota, she lived in Portland, Oregon after college and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. She lives in Kenmore with her husband and their two children, ages 8 and 2.
