ATTN WUUCie Women!
The next Women’s Night Out will be held on Wednesday, March 23 starting at 6:30 p.m. at Racha Thai, 8900 161st Ave. NE, Ste. 105 (at 90th St. in the Bella Botega complex), Redmond, 425-497-8383; http://www.rachathai.com/redmond/.
You can click HERE to sign up now! If the link doesn’t work for you, e-mail Lauren Soliday (hanbok@frontier.com) and she’ll add your name. But try the link, cuz then you can see who else is going! Carpooling encouraged! If you sign up and then find that you can’t join us, PLEASE give me as much notice as possible!!
Have you been looking for a good excuse not to cook dinner, a fun relaxing way to deepen friendships or even better yet – make new ones? Once a month the WOMEN of WUUC gather for an informal, fun dinner. All WUUC women over age 14 are welcome.
ALSO – If you’re not already on the WUUC women’s e-mail list you need to get added to it because that is where most of the communication for these dinners will take place. Let Lauren know! (We’ve also begun a “scholarship fund” for those who might need a little help with their dinner bill. Just let me know or you can anonymously take what you need out of the purple zippered pouch as it passes by with name tags.)
I am looking for women who are willing to host these dinners on a one time occasional basis – you get to choose the date that works for you and either a favorite or new restaurant!! This entails simply finding a restaurant you like that has good space (around 15 people), choosing a date, making a reservation and then we’ll post it on our google sign up and make announcements to help get our sisters signed up! I’ll help you as little or as much as you need!
The dinners will not always be scheduled on the same evening of the week, but will generally begin around 6:30. The type of restaurants ideally would vary to allow us to try new fare, but we may find a few favorites that we alternate between, same with location – if you live in Duvall or Redmond and know of a great place there that can seat at least 15 people, let us know so we can all try them, so we’re not always visiting places in Bothell and Woodinville!
PLEASE consider “hosting” any of the upcoming months, just let me know!
Any questions or suggestions – Let me know…Do you Know a good Restaurant, but don’t want to host…I’m starting a list!! – Lauren Soliday, hanbok@frontier.com, 206-714-7223
