WUUC’s Zen Meditation & Study group, along with the Zen group at University Unitarian Church, invites you to attend some or all of a 4-day Zen “commuter retreat” led by UU Minister and Zen Priest James Ishmael Ford, Roshi, from May 31-June 3 in Seattle. Whether you’ve never meditated or are an experienced Zen practitioner, here’s a chance to sit with others, hear Dharma talks, meet one-on-one with a Teacher, witness some Zen ceremony – and go home each night.
