Recognizing that conflict is inevitable and normal within any organization, the mission of the Relationships and Resolution Team is to support the congregation in learning the skills needed to establish covenantal relationships within our community.

• Two or more people who believe they cannot speak to each other and each believes they are being misunderstood and/or the other is to blame.
• Groups where communication has become divisive to the point that the group dissolves or members want others removed.
• Committees wanting to learn to listen better to improve their work.
• Issues that have been brought to the minister or Board and require the help of R&R.
